Various Bicentennial Talks  
The Geological Society

Di Clements has copied the details on the Bicentennial Talks from the Geological Society website (www.geolsoc.org.uk).  They are free but anyone wishing to go will have to sign up with the Geological Society.

Monthly public meetings, all held at the Society's refurbished apartments in Burlington House, Piccadilly,  will run throughout 2007, including talks on topics such as meteorites, extraterrestrial, the earth as a planet, forecasting eruptions, climate, dinosaurs, human evolution and magnetic fields.
